Lena oversees our graphics team with calm, control, and creativity. Collaborating with our structural designers, project managers, and production personnel, she brings life to our spaces with vivid imagery and meaningful content.
Carlo oversees the quality, fit and finish of all printed materials and maintains our state-of-the-art HP Latex Printers and CNC routers. To ensure a perfect on-site installation, Carlo and his team do a test installation of all graphics before shipment.
Bat is the wizard behind the scenes of Motif’s print production and vinyl application. With an eagle eye for precision and a knack for making things stick (literally), he helps turn every project into a masterpiece.
Chuckie is one of the most recognizable talents in the event marketing industry. He’s a tradeshow lifer. And, as your main point-of-contact at delivery, his mere presence will give you confidence in a smooth transition from the shop to the show site.
Grant is a woodworking genius who also happens to be good with people. He was the lead carpenter on our work for Soraa that included a 9,000 lb. architectural lighting canopy and resulted in an Exhibitor Magazine Design Award in 2018
John was born to create with his hands. He never needs more than a good set of drawings, the right tools, and some peace and quiet to build you a masterpiece.
Isaac is our in-house CNC maestro. His attention to detail and technical proficiency contribute to the smooth execution of manufacturing processes. As a key player on our team, he brings a blend of skill and good vibes to every production run.
