Client Objectives:

AutoStore is a global technology leader specializing in advanced software that automates and optimizes order fulfillment. With a bold rebrand and an exciting new product launch on the horizon, the company set its sights on ProMat—aiming to debut a dynamic new exhibit that would cement its position at the forefront of fulfillment technology.

 

Motif's Design:

Tasked with pushing creative boundaries, our team set out to design a space that radiated bold energy and left a lasting impression. The result was a striking, multi-level environment featuring elevated meeting and observation areas, dramatic overhead structures that spanned the entire footprint, and a mirrored centerpiece suspended above the booth—offering attendees a 360-degree view of AutoStore’s robots in action.

Every element was crafted to strike the perfect balance between impact and functionality. The booth featured dedicated zones for private and semi-private conversations, an interactive area with dual activations, and generous storage to support both staff and hospitality. Motif also seamlessly executed in-booth events – including a lively happy hour and a press conference – enhancing engagement and energy throughout the show. Finishing touches like custom lighting, sleek modern furniture, bespoke reception counters, and architecturally integrated ceiling panels brought a sophisticated cohesiveness to the entire experience.

Results:

AutoStore’s presence at ProMat stood out as a true design triumph—uniting refined aesthetics with state-of-the-art engineering. In close collaboration with AutoStore, Motif brought to life an immersive space where attendees were drawn in, engaged with the brand’s groundbreaking solutions, and left with a memorable impression of AutoStore’s innovation and leadership in the order fulfillment industry.
