Ryan is a skilled CAD designer with a keen eye for detail and precision. Outside of his design work, he’s passionate about photography, capturing the world through a creative lens.
Tristan is a graduate of NIU’s School of Art and Design, specializing in Visual Communication. Collaborating with our clients, structural designers, project managers, and production personnel, he breathes life into our exhibitions with masterfully branded content.
Carlo oversees the quality, fit and finish of all printed materials and maintains our state-of-the-art HP Latex Printers and CNC routers. To ensure a perfect on-site installation, Carlo and his team do a test installation of all graphics before shipment.
Bat is the wizard behind the scenes of Motif’s print production and vinyl application. With an eagle eye for precision and a knack for making things stick (literally), he helps turn every project into a masterpiece.
