Client Objectives:

AI Engineer World’s Fair is a premier event spotlighting the latest advancements in artificial intelligence and machine learning. AI Engineer sought to create an immersive and technologically advanced environment for all the major players in the AI industry, including AWS, Microsoft, and Google Cloud. The objective was to demonstrate the cutting-edge capabilities of AI technologies and foster industry collaboration.

AI Engineer needed a show’s worth of booths and engagements that not only showcased each exhibiting company’s vision for the future of AI but also highlighted the cohesive and interconnected nature of the AI ecosystem.

Motif's Design:

The challenge was to design and produce spaces for dozens of the world’s most advanced AI companies.  We sought to develop uniquely engaging spaces based on the pathos of each individual company’s brand while maintaining an all-encompassing harmony between spaces for the show at large.

Expansive spaces like AWS and Microsoft booths incorporated large LED screens, custom displays, and interactive demo stations. Each booth had dedicated areas for live demonstrations, interactive presentations, and networking spaces equipped with cutting-edge AI applications. Other spaces with sizeable footprints such as Google Cloud and Neo4j were designed to be engaging and functional for the sales teams and presenters yet also welcoming hubs of conversation.  We brought a familiar and friendly warmth into the otherwise often sterile aesthetic of modern technology exhibits.  In doing so, we crafted an approachable sophistication but with the grandeur worthy of the name “World’s Fair.”

Results:

Inspired by the vision of AI Engineer’s World’s Fair concept, Motif Events developed a monumental showcase for the AI industry – built to foster the sort of social exchange amongst innovators that the World’s Fairs of old were famous for. In the end, Motif did just that, creating a show that has had a lasting impact on the AI industry culture. The cohesive design and execution across all booths made for the perfect manner in which to present to the world the next-generation of AI technologies.
