Client Objectives:

IBIE is a tri-annual event providing new and exciting developments in the baking industry.  AMF Bakery Systems saw the opportunity to not only demonstrate their scalable, complete baking system performances, but to celebrate the integration of new partnerships.

With two large spaces to conquer, AMF, utilized their 70×100 space by showcasing their fully powered, operational machine lines.  Together with Tromp Group, their new affiliate, the separate 30×80 exhibit was utilized for company questions, hospitality, and equipment technological advancements.

Motif's Design:

With neighboring spaces at the main entrance stairs, Motif was challenged to accommodate large equipment lines, establish cohesive branding, and create a show stopping design.

With their equipment focused 70×100 location, massive tension fabric structures with strategically styled design were suspended to highlight their various product categories.  These individual areas were emphasized with angular double-sided show cases featuring large format imagery, touchscreens for demos, and information for each specialized product line.

The adjacent 30×80 double-deck space connected their physical equipment, with AMF’s reputation as a leader of technology driven solutions and hospitality.  Attendees were invited to relax at the large hospitality bar, chat with an International barista, and enjoy a made-to-order specialty Dutch espresso drink served with a freshly baked pastry from an AMF oven.  To further tie in the exhibits, a museum quality angular display case featured their individual product lines, and an overhead giant suspended LED sign brought their branding and messaging to life.  Participants and viewers alike enjoyed educational augmented reality demos that were streamed to a 2×2 video wall that could be seen from any angle!

Inspired by the AMF leadership’s vision, Motif Events was able to prove that our turnkey services can make a massive, complicated process look easy, with style! All credit to marketing director, Diana Boxey, who is always pushing the envelope for us to succeed.
