Client Objectives:

CCW (Customer Contact Week) is a leading event for customer experience and contact center professionals. Dialpad aimed to capture attention and showcase their innovative communication solutions in a memorable and engaging manner. The objective was to draw in visitors with a modern, exciting booth design while highlighting the advanced capabilities of their AI-driven products.

 

Motif's Design:

Dialpad’s booth at CCW was designed to be an eye-catching and vibrant hub of engagement. A large LED screen served as a beacon, driving traffic into the booth by streaming some of Dialpad’s vibrant video work.  The booth featured fun, modern architecture characterized by an intricate canopy overhanging an open layout in the center, inviting attendees to explore and engage.

The use of color was a standout element, with Dialpad’s bold, vibrant palette creating a lively and energetic atmosphere. Comfortable seating areas provided a welcoming space for deeper discussions and networking, blending functionality with style.

Results:

Dialpad’s booth at CCW stood out as an achievement in design, fusing modern aesthetics with cutting-edge technology. In collaboration with Dialpad, Motif created a space where attendees enjoyed spending time. The engaging atmosphere highlighted Dialpad’s innovative solutions, leaving a lasting impression on everyone who explored the booth.
